This is my favorite chili recipe because it is sweet and full of chunky vegetables. It makes an amazing dinner and fantastic leftover lunches!
Brown the ground turkey; drain. Put it in the slow cooker.
Add the chopped veggies.
And the tomatoes and beans.
Stir and add in the seasonings and water.
Cook on low until heated through. I usually cook this for three to four hours because I like the texture of the veggies at that point.
Enjoy as dinner and then leftovers!
